Terms & Conditions

You can only sign up through 's web site. When you opt-in for Appt Reminders, we send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. This is a recurring subscription and the frequency is related to your appointments.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer text you using the Patientviewer.com Appt Reminders system. If you want to join again, you will need to sign up with again.

At any time text "HELP" and we will respond with instructions on how to get to these terms and conditions as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers, including T-Mobile for instance, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Patientviewer.com Appt Reminders is a free-to-the-consumer service. However, your carrier's message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. This service is not used for general marketing messages, only to remind and confirm appointments. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
