Web Sched Recall

Web Sched Recall is a Patient Viewer eService that can automate your recall management and allow patients to schedule their own recall appointments online. Simply send the patient a Web Sched email reminder that includes a clickable link for scheduling their own appointment. The email reminders can be automated or sent manually from the Recall List.  When a patient schedules their recall appointment, it instantly shows in the Appointment schedule.

Web Sched New Patient Appts

Web Sched New Patient Appts is a Patient Viewer eService that allows new patients to schedule their first appointment online. We will supply a URL for you to add to your practice website. Patient simply clicks the link, selects an available appointment, and enters basic contact information to schedule. Once scheduled, the appointment instantly show in the Appointment schedule and a new patient record is created.

Sign Up

Both Web Sched Recall and Web Sched New Patient Appts are paid services and require an active registration key. Sign up is required before they can be enabled.
